Leadership, growth and financial performance
We are looking for companies than can demonstrate long-term growth potential, and have a sound but visionary strategy.
Demonstration of client service and delivery
We are looking for companies who put client service at the heart of everything they do and demonstrate that dedication.
Community and employee engagement
We are looking for businesses that can show committment to their employees and the local community.
